St Tola Ash Log, our beautiful new cheese developed in-house over the winter!  When the cheese is fresh, we roll it in traditional food grade ash, and after a couple of weeks of careful handling, an elegant smooth textured  and full flavoured cheese emerges. Now available in good delis and fine restaurants across Ireland !
